Watertight Integrity, Drainage & Safe-Click®
The patented Safe-Click® system connects adjacent boards with a mechanical tongue-and-groove joint featuring controlled labyrinth drainage geometry. The joint seals tight against heavy rain without silicone sealant or perishable rubber gaskets. Rainwater is guided into perimeter aluminium gutters and drained away cleanly.
Yes. As with any professional exterior flooring, we recommend a slope between 1.0% and 1.5% in the direction of the boards toward the drainage channel to ensure prompt, puddle-free rainwater evacuation and self-cleaning efficiency.
Due to the smooth powder coating and continuous slope, dirt is predominantly washed away by rainfall. For stubborn dust or soot, simply hose down with water or clean with a pressure washer (fan nozzle, max. 100 bar, at least 30 cm distance).

Structural Statics, Load Capacities & Joists
With our 40 mm hollow-chamber profile AVA Deck Board L, unsupported spans up to 2,350 mm (2.35 m) are certified under live loads of up to 5.0 kN/m² in accordance with DIBt and Eurocode 9 test standards.
Yes! Where an existing waterproofing layer is intact and has adequate slope, Profile S can be installed over sound tile or concrete surfaces with low-profile rubber pads or levelling strips. Its ultra-slim 13 mm build height preserves barrier-free door thresholds.
We recommend our extruded aluminium joist profiles (e.g., 40×40 mm or 50×30 mm). Having both substructure and surface boards made from matching aluminium ensures uniform thermal expansion and prevents popping or structural creaks.

Ordering, Precision Cutting & Delivery
Yes. In addition to standard stock lengths (3 m, 4 m, 6 m), we pre-cut boards, starter profiles, and gutters to your exact millimetre measurements in our factory, eliminating noisy on-site cutting and cutting scrap.
Standard stock profiles ship via specialized freight carriers within 5–8 business days. Custom-cut orders dispatch within 10–12 business days. Exact freight rates are calculated dynamically in the shopping cart based on package dimensions and destination.
